Meeting Tim Riley

Howdy all! So my bestfriend, Timothy Riley, came up to Las Vegas last weekend and we went to see Willie Nelson at Buffalo Bills in Primm, Nevada. Great show! Willie still has it and you would never know that so many years have gone by. He sounds the same and is still a master with his guitar. Tim is an Apple Farmer from Oak Glen, California. He and his family own the Riley's Log Cabin, a "living history" farm where you can experience the joy of picking fruit, pressing cider, making rope, stacking a log cabin, and many other activities that bring-to-life the farm ways and customs of long ago. Its a wonderful experience, so make sure you make a visit the next time you are in the Southern California area. Tim has made a few trips out this way, but we always stay in the city and never had a chance to make it to the ranch. Well, finally it all worked out. Augustus and Tim got along great, and even had some fun playing chase together. Jenny and her daughter, Grace, stopped out as well and took Wishes out so she could play with us. Tim may be an apple farmer, live in the mountains, and have horses on his property, but we always joke around and say that he is more of the "infantryman" than the "cavalryman". He had lots of questions about wild horse gentling, their current issues, and of course Shiloh Horse Rescue. It was really fun to spread some of the knowledge. Thanks to Jenny for the awesome pictures! :)
